Re:  Coach Focused Modified Apprenticeship Program

Dear Industry Partners:

Today, your Steering Committee met and we’re happy to report that due to all of the hard work and perseverance of the members, the industry focused program is another, very close step to reality.

We are writing to you today to solicit comments with respect to start-up timing of this program and potential numbers of students that would be able to participate.

The questions:

Considering a starting date for this program, would you prefer to send student/apprentice coach technicians for an October 2010 or an April 2011 commencement of this program?

Additionally, as participation numbers will be critical to the initiation of this program, could you provide us with the number of students you could send to the course if it was held for eight weeks beginning October 2010 and similarly, the number of students available to participate if the April 2011 date was chosen?
